🦋Join us for daily, powerful upgrades live on zoom and on replay. We are beginning the experience in this gorgeous Sagittarius and Jupiter energy and will continue our practice through one of the most powerful days in the year; Winter Solstice — until January 19, 2023. NOW is the perfect time to begin manifesting and aiming for what you want. Your wildest desires exist for a reason and this is your runway to get to those desires.

• Make sure to arrange your space and make it cozy for practice: a yoga mat, towel, water, and blanket
• No shoes; we practice barefoot
• Drink plenty of water and eat light prior to practice
• Prayers and an open mind

What to expect:

MIRACLES beyond your wildest dreams! Buzzy vibes, a clear mind, aliveness! Each class is about 1.5 to 2 hours in length. Expect to share and set your intentions with the group. You will move the body through yogic exercises and also seed your vision with deep meditative work. Be open to sharing and having your camera on so we can connect in community and amplify your desires! This is a 40 day intensive and is a DAILY practice. It's time to boss up baby!
