Pranayama Energizer Series: Kundalini Breathwork
30 minute 1:1 Kundalini breathwork session LIVE on Zoom.
In this 30 minute breathwork session, we will use the technology of Kundalini Yoga to prepare the mind and body for an energizing upgrade. Through focused breathing techniques and hand positions, align your energy, quiet your mind and unravel from the day, prepare for a date, a busy day at work, or — you fill in the relatable scenario. Whatever the situation, breathwork is vital in keeping your brain calm and nervous system strong and honestly, who doesn't need a boost these days?
You will leave this session feeling a rejuvenation that maybe you haven't felt before. You'll sleep like a baby, you'll crave the feeling, and you'll want to get high on your own supply more often!
The session date and time is based on your personal schedule. Please allot at least 45 minutes to be in a quiet, comfortable space and connect. An email will be sent to you after purchase to confirm availability. Post session, you will receive an email with a replay of our 1:1 for you to keep!
Things to bring
- Make sure to arrange your space and make it cozy for practice. A yoga mat, sweater, towel, and blanket are perfect
- No shoes; we practice barefoot
- Drink plenty of water prior to practice
