Things to bring

• A plus one is included with your ticket so bring a friend to be in community with
• A notebook and pen
• Make sure to arrange your space and make it cozy for practice. A yoga mat, towel, water, and a blanket is perfect
• No shoes; we practice barefoot
• Drink plenty of water and eat light prior to practice

What to expect:

This workshop is 2 hours long. Expect to journal, set your intentions, and then move the body through yogic exercises and also seed the vision of your partner with meditation and breath work. Be open to sharing and having your camera on so we can connect in community and help amplify your desires! This is an introductory course and will help set the tone for more work on your part. There is no magic pill and consistency is key!
